Who you’re buying from. This store is operated by AlvixHQ LLC (“AlvixVerse Merch,” “we”), a Florida limited liability company, 5005 W Laurel St, Suite 100 PMB 1271, Tampa, FL 33607.
Orders. An order is accepted when we send the order confirmation email. We may cancel and refund an order if an item can’t be produced (for example, an image too low-resolution to print) and will tell you why.
Prices and payment. Prices are in US dollars and exclude shipping and any sales tax, which are shown at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
Personalization. You confirm you have the right to use any photo or text you upload. We print what you submit; please check spelling. We refuse content that is unlawful, hateful, or infringes someone else’s trademark or copyright.
Shipping and returns. See our Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Refunds pages, which are part of these terms.
Intellectual property. Our designs, photos and text are owned by AlvixHQ LLC. Buying a product doesn’t transfer any rights in the design.
Liability. To the extent allowed by Florida law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Accounts. You can check out as a guest or create an account to see your order history and track orders. Keep your password private; you’re responsible for activity on your account. You can ask us to close it at any time.
Pricing and errors. We work to keep prices and product details accurate. If an item is listed at an obviously wrong price or can’t be produced, we’ll contact you and cancel and refund the order if you don’t want it at the correct price.
Made to order. Items are printed after you order. See our Returns & Refunds page for damaged, defective or wrong items, which we replace or refund free.
Governing law. Florida law applies; disputes are handled in the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida.
