Where we ship. All 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii, and APO/FPO and PO box addresses.
Cost. Standard shipping is $7.29 per order. Shipping and any sales tax are shown at checkout before you pay. No hidden fees.
How long it takes. Every mug is printed to order. Printing takes 2–5 business days, then standard shipping takes 4–8 business days. Most orders arrive in 6–13 business days. You’ll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
If there’s a delay. If we can’t ship within the time shown here, we’ll email you with a new estimate and you can cancel for a full refund.
Holiday orders. For Christmas delivery, order by early December. We’ll post exact cutoff dates on this page as carriers publish them.
Who ships it. Your mug is printed and shipped by our production partner, Printify, from print facilities in the United States. Your package comes from the printer, not from our office.
Track your order. Use the tracking link in your shipping email, sign in to your account, or track an order with your order number and email.
