Who we are. alvixVerse Merch (alvixversemerch.com) is run by AlvixHQ LLC, 5005 W Laurel St, Suite 100 PMB 1271, Tampa, FL 33607. Questions about this policy: support@alvixversemerch.com.
What we collect and why.

Name and shipping/billing address: to print, ship and deliver your order and calculate sales tax.
Email address: to send your order confirmation, shipping and tracking updates, and replies to your questions. We only send marketing emails if you opt in (see below).
Phone number (optional): only to contact you about a problem with your order or delivery. Carriers may use it for delivery issues. We do not send marketing texts or calls and do not use your number for anything else.
Order details: what you bought, when, and what you paid, to fulfill orders, handle refunds and keep required tax and accounting records.
Account information (if you create an account): your email, password (stored encrypted) and saved addresses, so you can see your orders and track them later.
Payment information: entered directly with Stripe (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, Klarna, Affirm). We never see or store your full card number.
Device and usage data: cookies, IP address, browser type and pages viewed, to keep the cart and checkout working, prevent fraud, and understand which pages and ads work.

Email and marketing opt-ins. Order and shipping emails are part of buying from us. Marketing emails (new designs, sales) are sent only if you check a box to opt in. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out any time by emailing us. We do not send marketing text messages.
Who we share it with. Only the service providers needed to run the store: Printify and its US print partners (name, address, phone if given, order items) to make and ship your order; shipping carriers (name, address); Stripe (payment); WooCommerce/Automattic (sales tax calculation); our web host (stores the site data); and Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Pinterest tags that measure visits and ads. We do not sell your personal information, and we don’t share it for others’ marketing.
Cookies and ads. Essential cookies keep your cart and checkout working. Analytics and advertising cookies (Google, Meta, Pinterest) help us measure traffic and ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, and opt out of personalized ads at Google Ad Settings, Meta Ad Preferences and Pinterest’s settings. Our site does not change its behavior in response to browser “Do Not Track” signals.
How long we keep it. Order and tax records: as long as the law requires (generally up to 7 years). Account data: until you ask us to delete your account. Marketing list: until you unsubscribe.
Your choices and rights. Email support@alvixversemerch.com to see, correct, download or delete your personal information, close your account, or opt out of marketing. We’ll respond within 30 days. Residents of states with privacy laws (such as California) can use the same email; we won’t treat you differently for making a request. Some order records must be kept for tax and legal reasons.
Security. The site uses HTTPS encryption, payments are handled by Stripe (PCI-compliant), and access to customer data is limited to the people who run the store.
Children. Our store is for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes. If we change this policy, we’ll update the effective date at the top of this page.
